I have to say I was first upset with this on-line shop. I ordered a specific item and was sent a totally different item. But contacting Customer Service and talking with Mike, he sent out the corret item. I even got a UPS shipping label to send back the wrong item that was sent. They sent the correct item before I sent them the wrong one back. They are a trusting company and Mike apologized more then once for this mishap. On a scale of 1-10, I would give them an 8. (seeing how they sent the wrong item to begin with) But a good company and very helpful. www.bowlingsupersource.com
