I have to give credit to them for meeting the specs I requested on an Infinite One I recently purchased.  I was very detailed on what I wanted and it looked like they opened the box to check to see if the ball met what I was looking for.

I have ordered 6 balls and two pairs shoes from them.  Five of the six balls met the specs I requested.  The other ball missed on the top weight. (But I could work with it.)  This may be due to the fact the ball came out of the west coast instead of their location in Florida.
