Well, the few accessories I've purchased went smoothly.

I've purchased from them on 2 occasions.  Each time, I received the exact pin placement and top weight that I requested.  I would definitely recommend.

Bought from their site quite a few times and all went well. Never dealt with them on ebay.

I've dealt with them on eBay only, no problems.

Just purchased 2 balls (Epic Quest Pro CG and a Shift X-Blem) from their other sight BowlingDeals.com last Friday and got them yesterday.  Exactly what I wanted and in perfect condition.  I typically go through Buddies but wanted to get these for a few bucks cheaper and had no problems.  BowlingBall.com has quite an extensive selection and very well organized.

I've dealt with them several times in the past 2 years and never had a problem, the specs were within the parameters I gave them.  Fast shipping was another plus for me.

I've bought a lot of ebay balls, never a problem. Fast shipping, send tracking number. In most cases they honored pin outs, but not always. 2 thumbs up.

I bought 3 balls from their Bowlingball.com site and also from Bowlingdeals.com site. Look for their newsletter pricing. You can't go wrong. Received balls in less than a week's time from order. I paid $50 for a Scorchin' color blem, $45 for another Scorchin' color blem and $60 for a 1st quality Action Max. My wallet is very happy.

Forgot to mention. That included all shipping fees.

I've bought from them probably 30 times in the past three years. No problems at all. At least 1000% better than BOWLERSPARADISE could ever dream of being.

Bought many times over the past year and never had a problem.  Fast shipping and always received requested specs.

Had 1 issue with a damaged ball and incorrect item and it was promptly resolved (of course I had to post here to get any sort of response.....to their credit, I never called the number on the site, only e-mailed...so I may have had better luck with the phone).
