Anyone ever get a reply from email sent to Bowlingball.com.  I get there newsletter and they run some good deals.  I have sent emails requesting pin distancs and tw and never get replies.  Maybe a phone call would be better.  I once won a ball on Ebay at a rediculous low price from them, again no answer to any questions regarding pin and tw, before or after auction.  Got a pin in ball that is useless to me becuse they usually roll over the thumb hole.  Can't complain at the price I payed, sold ball to a friend.

I've never actually sent them any E-mail.  I have specified pin distances at checkout time when I've won their auctions, and so far, they've done a great job of giving me what I've asked for.  Of course, their ability to service a special request will depend on what they've got in stock, so maybe I've just been lucky.

I used them a long time ago, and they do not answer e mails.  Once I had the same problem got a ball and the pin was in not what I wanted. Also the ball was a Ebonite and it came in a Brunswick box.

They also now use Bowlmart when they list on eE Bay.

The only number I could see was 1-386-274-3100

I have purchased 30+ balls from these guys. I have to deal over the phone. 386-274-3100 ask for Tony. These guys are a class act and will work with you if they can. They are extremely busy and you might have to call back but it is well worth the effort!
