Title: Bowlingball.com Customer Service?

Has anybody else have trouble contacting them to resolve an issue? Its frustrating calling them and getting a Voice Mail. I can call 10 times during the day and 10 times it goes straight to VM. Hopefully I can get lucky like the guy who sent a post, then received a PM from them. I sent an email on Monday, then received a response the same day. I'm happy. They wanted me to send pictures of the ball describing the problem. I sent those pictures late Monday night. Tuesday, no response. Wednesday morning, I called and left a message. No phone or email response. This morning, I called and left a message. They did call, but we got disconnected I called back right away, thinking (wrong) that somebody was there answering the phone. I left a message, giving them my cellphone # to call back. Still waiting
