If I bought a ball from them on ebay, how do I specific the pin and top???

No, atleast when I won my Blazing Inferno, I was not given these options. I did however get the HARD version, sent it back, and got the right version.

yuo are supposed to email them your specs on the ball and they will try to get something close...

When I paid through paypal for my Classic Zone Red Pin I specified pin/top weight in the comments section. Pretty much right on as far as specs go, was very happy with purchase.

If you're lucky they still have a good selection of whatever you won left.  When I won two TPC Players on seperate instances they weren't very close to my requested specs.  One had 4.25 oz TW.  Not a great ball for flexible drilling options.
