Hi,
The $25 was a mail in rebate. They offered it to our customers when we first launch SECURE-eBill, and people did receive their rebates.
SECURE-eBill then changed their name to eBillme, and they offered our customers another chance at the $25 rebate on your first order. I know the person that is handling our rebates is on vacation this week, so if you sent in the form after 7/3/2007, then it may not be processed yet.
eBillme is now offering our customers a $10 instant rebate on every order.
