Customer service should always be as good as Bowlingball.com's. I ordered some ball cleaning products and one of them (Track Power Wash) came with a loose cap that let about 90% of it spill in shipment. The same day I told them about it (Last Friday), they shipped me a new bottle which arrived today. Great doing business with them.
