I ordered a spitfire at an unbelievable price of 86 dollars shipped with all discounts at a 2-3 pin and 3-4 top and they sent me this email.

"We wanted to keep you informed on your order with us here at bowlingball.com.
The pin placement you requested was unable to be filled for the Storm Spit Fire.
What we do have available in the Storm Spit Fire in 15 lbs is listed below:

2-3 inch pin with 2.84 oz top weight

We will need to know how you would like to proceed. We can ship the ball with
the specifications above, we can possibly get you into another ball or we can
refund your account. If you could please, contact us back by replying to this
email or calling us at 386-274-5685 we will carry out your request. Thank you
again for your order, we do appreciate your business."

That is 0.16 ounces off of the request.  I remember before, it seemed like they sent whatever they grabbed off the shelf first.
