Bowlingball.com good guys

I ordered a Storm Ace thru them and asked for certain specs. Like 2-3 top and 2-3 inch pin. They sent me an email telling me they couldn't fill those but had an other ball that was close. They sent the ball and I got it in a timely manner and the pin, cg and rad on the Storm balls were in line.

Thanks Bowlingball.com for taking the time to bother and send me a ball that will work instead of just sending any old ball.

I have to agree that, in the end, I actually had a good experience with bb.com. They were a little slow at first with their communication, but they were also SWAMPED with orders. Overall I would definitely deal with bowlingball.com again.

Have to jump on the bandwagon and agree as well.  They, like Glenn, sent me an email with what they have in stock that closest matched my specs and shipped promptly.

I didnt order from them because they didn't have the right specs for me, but I swore they anwsered my email about 4 minutes after I sent it. Thats top notch.
They told me what they had and that was that.

My Action Max just arrived today. I ordered on friday night, they don't ship until Mondays and it when from Florida to New York in 4 days. Specs are right on. Can't beat the price. $59.99 shipped (with gift certificates), no tax and free delivery. There was just a little delay in getting the gift certificates which I feel is Google's fault, not BB.com's.  Thanks again BB.com.

We didn't ship until Monday because of the Thanksgiving holiday.  UPS didn't ship until Monday and that may have been our fault for not being more clear with the communication.

John,  it appears that Google has pulled the plug on the gift certificate deal they were doing with you guys. Any news on that? Is it just temporary or were they just loosing their shirts? BTW John. I'm fine with the whole transaction. I think you guys are good.

I placed an order for Special Agent early this week and I recived it yesterday. It had the exact specs I asked for. Drilled it 4x4 and had the first 8 with it in 3rd game last night. This ball is a GEM!

Heck yeah they are awsome.  I ordered a Vendetta 44 on Thursday morning and got it early Friday afternoon.  To the specs I wanted and everything.  Wow I will be ordering from these guys again.
