I finally got ahold of the right person (John) and he helped me along with the whole issue I was having with my cracked Vertigo. Well I figured they would give me a store credit thru the mail. Well I was wrong! They just emailed it to me and all I have to do is go and put it in thru the checkout screen. Thanks again John for all your help.

Sorry its a gift certificate. I suck with vocab lol. I can spell, just dont use words well. I had gotten a Vertigo for $66 off their Ebay auction and it cracked on me. Well they gave me a gift certificate for that amount to use on their site.
