Tried to order one ball through their site using discount code on their site - process crashed twice. Called them they said "discounts only valid on orders placed through internet". I said "internet doesn't work". They said "can't accept discount codes over phone". I said goodbye.

so try again tomorrow. Is a one day delay gonna really hurt anything??
Just my 2 cents... All sites have issues every now and then, not so sure its that big of a deal..

And then wait weeks (or longer) to get the order? Sorry Joe, but there seem to be a lot of complaints about your service lately. I know you said you were busy and hiring more people, but the complaints are still there - no answers to e-mails, PMs, phone calls, no returned messages.
I've never dealt with you before - won't until the complaints go away. I have dealt with bowlingball.com before and they have always been very helpful, quick to respond, and quick to ship the merchandise.

damn....kick a guy down when he's trying to expand. running a business is tough enough, and finding the right people to have the energy and excitement to be on the same team is hard. I've never dealt with Joe, but i've only heard a few complaints, and Joe has come through each time with flying colors. If Joe was in florida i would help him in a heartbeat!

Yeah I had one problem with joe but when I got in contact with him he overnighted the stuff to me and this was only one problem out of about 5 transactions

I will say I have never run from any criticism that anyone has thrown
our way over the years, be it deserved or undeserved. All I can do
is be as stand up as I can when problems arise. BR.com has been good
to our business and I appreciate that!
