Title: bowlingball.com poor customer service
Post by: bowler851 on February 18, 2010, 05:38:11 AM
I ordered a MoRich Mojave NIB and I received a used MoRich Nsane LevRG in a Mojave box. Called them up right away and I was told some one would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. That is ridiculous you can't tell me their is know one at bowlingball.com that can resolve this issue now. bottom line no quality control or customer service at bowlingball.com

Bummer.

Did you try the online chat?  The chat was very good for me yesterday - I needed to have them put a hold on a UPS package for me.  Took them less than 10 minutes to look up the order and call UPS to place the hold.

I actually just got back from picking up the packages from UPS.  I haven't opened them yet, but I hope they are the right balls!

update: I finally talked to a human and they are going to reship my Mojave, they new about this problem before I called  supposable the Nsane was one of mo's test ball and that 4 of them got shipped out to customers by mistake. I was told I could keep the Nsane and drill it up for myself, but I already have one so I gave it to a team mate who primarily uses a cell. He was able to throw it as is last night and shot 750 after bowling he took to pro shop to put in another thumb to his liking. So just have to wait another week to drill and friend got a free ball out of the deal.

Received ball today excellent pin to CG and top. and total weight. Exactly what I had asked for and only took five more days. I will give them a lot of credit for getting my replacement to me that quick and the also sent me a free Bowlingball.com microfiber towel a 7.99 value. Thanks again and I will do business with bowlingball.com again.

I’m glad to see things worked out for you. From my experience I have found out that e-mail or live chat is the best route to get your questions answered quickly & accurately. I avoid their 800 number like the plague.

For the OP:  Is it possible that you can change the title of this thread.  Someone might get the wrong idea if they just see the title and do not open the thread to read the "happy end".  Just a thought.

The owner of bowlingball.com does own a few pro shops too.  There could have been a mix up or mistake, they have always been straight up when dealing with me.
