Alright, so I'm having some troubles with bowlingball.com giving me a correct price on my order.
This first screen is a screen grab of my cart before I hit checkout:

Then, I hit checkout. Everything remains the same, except my price at the very end is now different, and more expensive (yes, I do see that it's the price, minus the savings, plus the shipping, but it's still a different price):

Anyone have any ideas? Should I e-mail them directly? Thanks for any help.

I was trying to check on placing a order. Have they always charges sales tax. I guess I will wait and see if the kinks get worked out of it. The total don't add up.

I have placed 3 or 4 orders the past couple of weeks and the first cart price is never right, but when you go to pay, its always the correct price. I have added it up and the final cart price is always correct. They only charge tax if you live in FL I believe. I was not charged tax on any of my orders.

When I went to check out they would not allow the 20% off plus the new year deal both. Then they wanted to add sales tax. I did not remember ever paying sales tax before. By the way I live in Iowa.

The math says $64.20 total. I am not sure why you are questioning it?
The intermediate programming error on the initial page was not the FINAL Bill, and you even realized that the first page's dollar amount was/is wrong.

I have not paid sales tax on 5 orders I have placed the past month and it allowed me to use the 20% off and the $10 new years discount with no problem on my last order. I used the XMAS15 with the 20% Christmas offer as well.

What I see as the problem is he is not getting 20% off the total bill. 20% of $65.91 would be $13.18 making the discounted subtotal $52.73 plus shipping $9.49 and a grand total of $62.22.

64.20 is the correct price. The rosin bags are not on sale. Therefore you have to subtract 9.98 from the total when calculating the 20% discount.

As I said in the original post, I realize that the second price is the correct price of the total, minus the 20% stuff on sale, plus shipping. I'm just wondering if it's something I should e-mail them about.

I would have appreciated an email about it, but it is all fixed. As you have seen, the discount on the "Cart" page was being subtracted twice. But the second page was correct.
As far as Sales Tax, we do have to charge Sales Tax on Florida orders.

He would have appreciated an E-mail. WOW. thats a great way to talk to people. What a company.
Except he had a good point. If you're having problems with their website, most companies would like to be directly informed quickly so they can fix it, instead of finding out about it later on!
