Bowlingball.com Update (Please Read)
« on: December 18, 2006, 03:12:30 AM »
Recently I had a problem with an order from bowlingball.com.  Nothing on their side but simply with bad packaing from manufacturer.

I will say that with the help of both Keith and John the situation has been rectified.  They went beyond the call of duty and if my comments made them look bad then I greatly appoligize.  They helped remedy the situation and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

I will be the first to say they are by far the best online proshop on the web.  No agruments.

Sometimes they do a great job and other times their customer service is less than adequate. I have been trying to reach Keith now for 5 days about an auction I won and haven't heard a word from him or anyone else in authority from that place.

I agree!  I also have a similar problem.  Seems the only way to get any response is to come on here and post something bad!

Also Cbjdc, no need to continually bump your message - there is a search function, and people are more than capable of finding both "good" and "bad" posts for a vendor.

Hello all,

I am really curious how our customers are trying to contact us. We do respond to every email that we get, so what I want to know is how do you contact us?

Do you send emails to support@bowlingball.com?
Are you using the Contact Us section of our site?
Are you doing "Ask the Seller a Question" at eBay?

Maybe these answers will help me solve some of the "lack" of customer service complaints.  We may be missing some communication in these areas, which would explain why you get answers by posting here faster than email.

I will be improving our support system early next year.  Hopefully this will fix any of these types of issues.

Thank you,
