Pat has gone beyond the call of duty to get me a ball that, as it turned out, he didn't have in the warehouse but had not been removed from the site. He will help if it is possible.

The Duggans are great people to deal with as several have already said. Their bowling site however seems to be way out of date and hasn't kept up with bowling equipment the last 2-3 years or so. Still, you won't find better people to deal with than the Duggans.

I was talking to another bowler yesterday that needed something done to his ball. He said he went to Duggan's pro shop, but she was closed and that Anne Marie was in Las Vegas. With my not having not been to her shop fo 5 months or so, I don't know if she is even open this summer or not.
