  I understand your reply. You are a rare person to be able to come on here and reply to things like this with the straight forward answers you've given.

  However, while I agree with you about the things you've stated, I must say that your site is looking a bit "dated" and could use some freshening up.

  When people visit the site, you need to let them know that you are dealing/carrying NOS stuff. Otherwise, they may reach the same conclusions that the guys were speaking of, especially when you show three year old stuff as "NEW" and "JUST ARIVED".

Pat,

Definitely, make it clearer on your site that those older balls are still in stock.

I've visited your site a few times over the years looking for stuff -- I'm not a pro shop, but a hobby driller who drills for just myself and my wife -- and I saw all this older gear and figured, "there's no way they still have THAT."

I think you need to make it clear that yes, you do have THAT in stock. Now that I know you have older gear in stock, I'll surely check back more often. I like to drill older stuff from time to time when I'm trying to craft a certain look (particularly on dryer lanes).

I should have contacted you to be sure, that's my fault. But if the Web site made it clearer, I bet you'd get more business.
