Moro Pro Release Extended Wrist Brace
« on: May 24, 2006, 04:19:41 AM »
Just called their office  and their customer service is GREAT !!!!!!

I happen to be one that had a crushed wrist years ago, and the only way to bowl comfortably is with a brace.

Any way I called them, to see about the brace I had, was starting to crack, they asked for my address and are sending out a new one. They just asked to send the metal part back to them.

I have a Moro Pro that I bought used about 3 years ago. The cheap brittle
black plastic that holds the the underside cushion broke. I riveted an old body side moulding from a car to it and it's works better than before. I should have just called the company and got a new one. Sounds like a good company that stands by it's products.

You can but a rebulding kit for these on line for that also, I did that but with the metal cracking couldnt do too much.

The problem I have is not anything the repair kit can handle. It's the black plastic piece that is riveted to the red frame. I had to drill out and re-rivet the body side moulding in.

Ummmm...I hurt my right hand in a skiing accident....

Then I pulled a groin looking at a Playboy when I was 13.

Cindy Margolis was walking thru one of our local malls and a had a tremendous calf strain.

Then one day I was squating 460 and I hurt my back.  It goes out every time I watch emeril live and prepare to eat a big meal.

Paul Prudhomme rolled over my foot when I crowded him one day while he was cooking at Chez Pauls in N'oleans(home of Mayor Ray Nogin!), with his stand up chair.  Paul plus chair = 560 pounds.

Then one day I tried to rotate one back on the severe wet dry of my home center on board -1.  Strained my temple when it went into the grey area!

I also have a speech impediment...I say "Get/r done...when I mean to say..."Yes Maam!".  In 1st grade they relized I had financial dyslexia...when I saw a 1 on the board my mind put a $ sign before it and added 6 ....0s.

That's when I got my wrist brace!

REgards,

PS you don't have to make excuses...just wear it!
