I think this is about the 7,893rd positive post about buddies, but there's that many for a reason.  Ordered my ABS tour deluxes on the 21st.  The status on their site never changed from "pending" so i became impatient and posted here about it.  Chris posted on here and also called to let me know that the shoes would be here either today or tommorrow.  That's good customer service!  They could have just never responded or anything.

PS- Can't wait to try these shoes!

I must agree with you. I ordered a Hot Rod Hybrid among other things. Someone from Buddies called my house to let me know that they didn't have the specs I ordered. My mom then called me at college and told me that they called and I need to check my mail. I let them know that the specs that they have would be fine. They could have just sent them out. Mad props to Buddies doing a great job with customer service. I definitely wont refrain from using them in the future.

(Also can't wait for my Simpsons Pin-Pals Vis-A-Ball!!!)
