Buddies Does it AGAIN

Ordered another ball from Buddies (Real Deal). After placing the order online the next day I got a call from Bill and he let me know what balls they had that were closest to the specs I had requested, BEFORE sending the ball out to me. I really appreciated the phone call to verify if it was okay. After that, got the shipping confirmation email and BAM, the ball is arriving at my door today.

I placed my first ever order at buddies last Friday, and hopefully I get the same outcome as you did.  Although, I don't expect a phone call, cause I only ordered a new pair of SST6 LX's.  I just checked my order this weekend, and it say's it is shipping out today.  Hopefully I get them by next week for bowling.  I'm in Michigan, and I believe they are in Conn. So I really don't see a problem with them getting to me by next week.

It is nice to see that your order went through ok.  Wish I could say the same.  I ordered a pair of SST 6' for the wife 2 weeks ago for valentines day and they still haven't arrived.  Called a week ago and they said they shipped them to some guy in Arizona and that they were sorry and would credit my shipping back to me.  That is good but still no shoes and now I have to listen to the wife B***H about not getting a gift...blah....blah...blah.  That was the first and most likely last time I use them.  I'll be going back to my usual supplier www.bowlingindex.com.  Hopefully I will receive the shoes by the end of the month.

I gotta add props to Buddies.  I ordered a pair of Dynothane ABS Tour Ultras (Left-handed) on Friday and they arrived today.  I ordered from Buddies after I called Dynothane direct as a PBA member, and they told me they were out of stock on those shoes for at least another 3 weeks.  Buddies price on the shoes was only a few bucks more than the offer Dynothane had and I got them in 3 business days, rather than waiting the 3 weeks.

Good job, guys!

Just ordered another ball this morning, Impulse Zone. Just got the email with the shipping confirmation along with tracking number. Placed the order online this morning and now its getting shipped out the SAME DAY! How much better can you get?

Moose Nuggett is correct. Warehouse sent shoes to AZ instead of SD. We just got more of his wifes style in today and sent them NEXT DAY AIR. Will have tomorrow. We appologize for the error and do all we can to make it up and get the corrected item out in a timely manner.

I got my sst 6's from them and a hammer 2 ball tote, very fast shipment.

IM ganna order a team storm spare ball from them this week since my proshop has to many spares balls they dont stock this one and they said they would have to order a case insted of jsut one.

I just ordered a ball from them and wanted to try their drilling service so I sent them the one ball that fits me perfectly (my proshop guy has been unable to duplicate it....I guess I'm picky or something).  Anyways, I got the thumb mold process done and the new ball is identical to the one I sent them.  I'm beyond happy with the results and will definitely have them drill another ball for me in the near future.

I've dealt with Buddies a number of times. Either getting a ball drilled or having Ultimate Thumbs installed. They've done a great job every time and their service is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone!

Just wanted to give Chris credit when its due.  Buddies did indeed send out another pair of shoes overnight and my wife received them the next day by 2pm and she was bowling by 3pm.  It is nice to see a company working this hard to keep everyone happy, especially when things don't go as planned.  Thanks for the extra effort.  You know that when the wife is happy.....everybody's happy!

I just ordered my first online bowling 'anything'.  I picked up a new Real Deal as this seems to be the match for my style and previous ball.  

I have always dealt with my local proshop since I was lil because the guy was great.  Now that I've gotten back nito bowling I headed up to look at new balls and he was closed.  So I started looking online cause the other local proshop has awsome drilling, and great staff, but low ball selection so online seemed the best choice.

Found the 'Real Deal' for 152 or something shipped at bowling.com and compared it to other sites and it was the best deal I seemed to find from 'major' sites until I saw this post on Buddies.  SO I checked out Buddies and even with shipping cahrges I saved 10 dollars so I was able to pick up some 'Nea-Tac Liquied Nitro' for my older ball and a few other tiny things for only 3 bucks more than if I had bought it at the other site.

They shipped same day and tracking was already available later that night.  I'm anxiously looking forward to my new ball.  I've missed my hook **stares evil at the old ball which hooks about as much as a straight line**
