From the spammers host site agreement it says:
5. No illegal materials or links to illegal activities!!! This includes but is not limited to distribution/use of illegal software (warez), hacking, cracking or any other harmful activity. Also, you may not use your web space to provide material, or links to material that is grossly offensive to the Web community. No hate, anti-racial, terrorism, drugs related sites!!! No gambling sites! No hyip sites!
No child porn or any other adult site!!! No phishing, fraud, scam sites!!! No SPAM!!! You may not use unsolicited email to promote your site. No mass-emails!!!
For all infringements your site will be immediately deleted and, possible, your activities reported to proper authorities.

I think this guy is breaking the rule about spamming his site out. Is that how anyone else reads this?
How about if we started complaining to his host site at abuse@freewebhostingarea.com Make sure you use a yahoo or hotmail account to complain or go to this site to post a complaint
