I have had another flawless transaction with Buddies.  Recommend them to all.  Best prices, customer service, and ultra fast shipping.

I agree 100% with PJM300. I ordered a Vertex ball spinner and got it quick like bunny. I have always had good service with Buddies.

They have been great but sometimes they hiccup and don't know when they are going to ship. Ordered a package deal and they said it would ship late last week and called today and they said they "hope" to ship late this week. Other pro shops have The One and Overtime now.

We were told we would get the balls the last week originally. We did get a large shipment from Ebonite yesterday but only had Ones and 4 overtimes on it. We called to see where the rest are. Were told they are shipping daily trying to fill the orders. I know the three key distributors we deal with, that one got some Overtimes last week not all and only 16 lb Ones. The other distributor just got some balls yesterday and only Ones just like us, and the third said the truck is scheduled today. We have begun filling orders with what we have available based on the date orders were placed.

Everyone takes pre-orders for new balls before they are released, so your comment about don't advertise until merchandise is ready to ship is unfair.  Buddies pro shop is top notch and the only online proshop that I would pre-order a bowling ball from.  Chris and his staff are great at drilling, customer service and correcting any problems a customer may have with an order.

but if that is the case, let the customer know it is a PRE ORDER!  Wouldnt have a problem if they knew that the ball wasnt there yet!  Andy why would it be a PRE ORDER right now when they are already in pro shops... You make no sense

NOTICE: When purchasing a pre-order item along with an in-stock items, your order will not be shipped until the pre-order item becomes available.

I clicked on the One and Overtime package and this is what is posted in the buy now page.

So what you're saying Chris is that when we were told the balls would be shipped late last week, it was not for sure and slightly misleading. That is kind of wrong if you ask me. We have no ideal for sure now when we will receive our orders. WOW.....I will know better than to preorder from Buddies again.
