Buddies Pro Shop

I ordered two bowling balls from Buddies Pro shop and they sent them out right away UPS.  UPS sent the bowling balls to San Diego and not to me in Lemon Grove.  UPS wanted eight days to go pick the bowling balls up.  Chris at Buddies tracked down the bowling balls through UPS and Mapquest, gave me directions to where the bowling balls were and gave me a 20 dollar credit toward my next purchase for going to get the bowling balls.  And it wasn't the fault of Buddies Pro Shop.

What great service.

I too, just had a great experience with buddies. ordered an xception 5.0 last thursday night, shipped out monday, got it today. EXACT on specs. perfect.

not only is BUDDIESproshop.com/ a great and reliable source for discount equipment with great service... but chris forry and bill gross are two of the nicest gentlemen in the retail industry and care a great amount for the sport..

Buddies frequently sponsers the Junior Bowlers Tour with donations of bowling ball and scholarship money for almost every tournament on the JBT schedule...including the JBT Buddies Pro Shop Open annually in Augest at Nutmeg Bowl.  

As a friend of Chris Forrys I will continue to patronize his store and website and direct customers his way....the customer service is great and the personality within the store is even better
