Well I just got another perfect order from Buddies Pro shop and I thought I'd share my positive experience for first time buyers who may have questions or doubts about buying equipment online:

I have been an online shopper for several years now, and the service, support and quality of products from Buddies is by far the best that I've seen from any online store.

From small items (towels, tools, etc.) to large items such as a ball spinner, balls and bags Buddies really shines.

Best of all is their online drilling service. If you know your specs this can't be beat! Chris has drilled several balls for me and the quality of workmanship and consistency of specs from ball to ball is beyond compare.

I live in the Bahamas and we have no pro shops here, so getting new equipment drilled was an often costly and inconvenient problem; but not any more! Chris even let me UPS undrilled balls from another vendor to him, punched them up and had them back to me in perfect shape and ready to roll in less than two weeks.

In addition, the staff at Buddies have excellent online communication with the customer to make sure that the order is just right before it ships. E-Mails are usually answered within minutes and certainly within 12 hours which is almost unheard of from some online vendors.

Their accomodating, friendly service and excellent products and craftsmanship will make Buddies my pro-shop of choice (both online and off) for years to come.

I agree. I actually just had a surprising but great experience with Buddies.

It is surprising because most places won't do this. I called Buddies to find out if the new Visionary Ogre was in stock yet. I was told that they just arrived at the warehouse and the website would be updated by tomorrow so I could order one. Well, within minutes, literally, of hanging up. I received a call back from Chris at Buddies. He said, "hi, did someone call to inquire about the Ogre?" I said, "yes." He said, "The website is now updated so you can go ahead and order one if you'd like." I was shocked that they would call me back to let me know that they updated the site already to order one.

Even though I haven't received the ball yet, I am sure this will be another fantastic experience with Buddies.

They're great for this (i.e. callback)!  Another great thing, you can call and speak to either Bill or Chris with specs you desire.  If they don't have it, they'll tell you what they have and/or will tell you if they can get it.  What they WILL NOT do is try and give you something you don't want!  Also, any problems with orders, they're really good at resolving them.

I plan to go visit them in a week or 2 (I'm in NY and they're about 1/2 hr away).

Guys and their staff are good :thumbsup:

i just ordered a ball 5 days ago.they emailed me 2day saying the ball i ordered they dont have any in stock and ill get it nxt week
