I just want to touch base briefly with you all. While we recognize there has been some issues with communication for various reasons, we stand up to our commitment of providing bowling equipment and accessories for a very reasonable price.
We have installed measures to correct customer relations, which includes order intake and shipping.
While I am reading numerous stories regarding what has transpired between you the customer and All Star Bowling, I have requested information from the said parties to help resolve their issue(s).
I take any and every suggestion and complaint seriously and spend time to research the issue(s). In some cases there has been an issue.
And in many cases, there isn't an issue, but rather someone complaining who has not even placed an order with us.
