Allstarbowling is like a box of chocolates, you NEVER know what you're gonna get.
I once won an auction from them on e-bay. No contact from them, so I initiated the contact. After several days waiting, I finally phoned them and got a guy who told me " I don't know anything about those auctions, Joe takes care of those. I will tell him you called and get him to call you back tomorrow when he comes in".
Next day, nothing. Day after that, Joe calls me, talks to me on the phone about what I want ( ball came with drilling ), and got my specs. Said he would get it drilled and on its way that day, sending me a tracking number upon its departure.
Two days later I finally get a tracking number. Three days later the ball shows up, but it is grossly mis-drilled. Rather than mess with Allstar anymore, I just had the thumb plugged and re-drilled.
I won the auction really cheap, so I hate to complain too much, but the service I got was a bit shortsighted, and there are others here who have gotten far worse from them.
Joe is a very good guy to tak with on the phone. Very friendly and personable, but it would seem he is VERY lax in his punctuality and business practices. I, most likely barring some unforseen event, will not do business with them again. In fact, there was another very cheap item of their on e-bay just a few days ago and I would'nt even bid on it because of these things.
Sorry to hear of your troubles with them, hopefull you will get things resolved.
