Title: BuddiesProshop is not so.....

BudiesProshop is not so bad no, I want to say they are the best online proshop for oversea bowlers.
Special thanks to Chad. He is very patient and always tries to give us the closest to our desire specs.

they weren't that nice when I called to ask them questions.  When I was expecting customer support I got treated like a nuisance.

Yes me too I called and they treated me like I was stupid and for some reason I still bought a ball spinner from them.

lol, when I called them I already paid them for a few bowling balls and I could've cancelled since they didn't do anything with the order yet.  And thats how they treat a PAYING customer?!

Just a follow up post.  BuddiesProshop did PM me very concerned that one of their staff offered subpar customer service.  They tried to address my concerns and shipped out my order as soon as they received it from their warehouses.
