Buddiesproshop goes the extra mile

This is an update on my experience with buddies and my on line purchase of the VP2.

In my last post I reported that I had received the ball very quickly and got the pin out within the measurement that I requested; however, I did not get the top weight that I selected.

Chris, who represents buddies, sent me a personal email.  He let me know that he did not want me to be dis-satisfied in any way, and he offered to air ship a new ball and pick up the ball I have.

I  have not been a long time customer.  I am not someone who he knows will buy again.  He went out of his way to help me feel good about my ability to trust his business, and to know that I could get what I ordered or he would make it right at his expense.

I will be buying my new balls from buddies

I always buy from them, average of 1 ball a week over the last 2-3 months and a few other items. I've been extremely happy with them and the service. My driller told me that he would rather me bring in balls that I purchased somewhere else as it saves him money.

Lately I've been thinking about drilling my own stuff again as as soon as I can find a good price on a drill press/jig and scale.

Chris and Bill take very good care of their customers and if you email Bill, you get a response back within the day.  I've bought many items from them with no complaints.  I recently got one of Chris's old Triple Xtremes and its like brand new.  I wish I could get my plug jobs to come out like his.  I will continue to where my Buddies shirts with pride.
