Title: Buying online
Post by: Frederick on January 17, 2007, 12:17:39 PM
When you order a bowling ball online and you don't include any specific instructions such as pin placement or top weight, what will you get? I'm sorry if this a stupid question but I don't know anything about tech stuff.

When someone orders from me and I don't get any specs listed from them I try to give them something middle of the road....normally like 2-3" and 2-1/2 to 3 oz of top.

There are people out there who will pawn off their junk on the unsuspecting/ uneducated population. I have seen 0-1" pins with 4 oz of top wt in a 13# ball because the person didn't specify what they wanted...

Doug is right on, once again.

2-3" Pin & 2.0-3.0 Top Weight is a great range for all types of drills.

--------------------Thanks for the info. I went to your site but I couldn't find any prices. It could be my computer, it likes to act funny now and again.
