Sounds like a LOT of this could have been handled without the accusations and inuendos placed on a public forum. It also sounds like a few people might have to recant their opinions toward Mr. Hilligas, as well. His initial comment, "Thanks for the advertizing." may have been his only mistake. Even though it was tongue in cheek, it might have been better left unsaid. Jim had the stones to apologize in his first post(before the "apologizing" comment) and has since provided evidence that was not at our disposal when this began. As long as the customer received what he/she ordered, in a timely manner, what was the problem? It sounds like there might have been a miscommunication problem during the phone conversation that started the downward spiral.
