 I know you have all that degrees and 2 business, yada yada. you have already failed to meet the first criteria of a developing business. Marketing.

You have posted an empty void of of an announcement and your audience has responded. use this feedback to create a comfort zone to dispel your future clients worries.

throwing out out a hey looks what's coming with out any framework or mission statement in place is not the best way for e-commerce to succeed.

there are many established sites on the web for bowling and all of them are sub par by e-commerce standards.

never post a web address with nothing there. you have given fragments of useful information here and there that could already be you introduction.

despite Mezz poor attitude there is much to be learned from him. There are many how fear e-commerce for many of the reason he has stated.

You have failed at the second criteria. salesmanship. learn the salesman skills if you are going to post. never confront an argument. direct the attention to the appropriate manner. getting into he said/he said arguments over trial things erodes the confidence of the consumer.
