I must once again praise Pat Duggan (and, of course, Anne Marie) of BowlingBallMall.com for putting service and the complete satisfaction of his customers far above Mammon, the god of money. At what I know cost him more than a few dollars, he went far out of his way to do what I asked. He spent more than a little time (Time IS money!) to help me and insure I got what I needed and wanted.
If you deal with the Duggan family, I can almost guarantee that you will come away satisfied and more. Of course I can't guarantee it; but I'd bet almost any sane request will be met and more than few insane ones.
