always send emails?
i ordered a ball last tuesday and since i ordered before i knew theyd email me the info but they never did and i didnt copy down the order number
my ball still hasnt arrived and they did charge my cc
so im getting a little worried

LOL. Reading some of these posts reminded me of a father/son conversation and then I realized what the ages were and it made me

bowlingball.com has always been very reliable so it wouldn't hurt to contact them and find out if your order was misplaced somehow. If not, you would definitely find out when it was shipped and the expected delivery date. Besides, it may have been shipped and gotten 'detoured' elsewhere by the carrier. That has happened before (not with bowlingball.com but with another order).

How do you know they charged your cc?
Chances are this order was never entered properly & you never got charged a dime. Every order that I've had w/bowlingball.com came with a confirmation email right after. Then an email w/a shipping date & tracking #. If you never got that, then odds are the order didn't go through. Good luck.

I hate to seem like I'm whining when an order does not arrived within a timeframe I expect or am used to, but there's no harm in asking the seller a question. I try to ask in the most polite terms since there are many possible and many valid reasons for delays.
