I just wanted to give a big thank you to Doug Sterner for all his help and service he has provided me over the last few months. I have bought 3 bowling balls from him and everyone of them have been great. If it wasn't for me ordering them before it started warming up her in Albuquerque, the drills would have been perfect. He is even remedying the situation by sending me new thumb inserts to fix the problem. He's had to put up with all my questions and indecisions of what I wanted. He didn't even have one of my current bowling balls to copy the drill off of just a drill sheet that I sent him and he matched it perfectly. I can't wait to finish my arsenal and get the rest of my accessories from him. He has been the best businessman, driller, information source, and just an all around good guy to talk to.

I have waited to post this until I finished all my purchases from the end of the winter leagues to get a complete experience. I am totally happy with all of my transactions. He actually had to wait for my feed back to drill my second ball but got everything ready to go as soon as I let him know.

Thank you Doug. You have a customer for as long as I can keep the convincing the wife I need a new ball. I highly recommend you to anyone.
