Title: Dougs Pro Shop

Just completed a transaction with doug. First class all the way. He even put up with all my questions, i think there was something like 30 pm's in the end. For anyone who doesnt know i live in australia, and when no other pro shops, ie: buddies pro shop, would even answer my emails asking them if they sent to australia, doug put up his hand and said he would help me out. I will definitly be doing business again with doug. All the balls i got were exactly what i asked for, perfect pins, and top weight.

10/10 for doug.

Thanks Matt....I appreciate your trust but more importantly your knowledge in what you wanted.

We knew this transaction had to be exact since the option of returning an incorrect ball was not an option. Matt did his homework, knew what he wanted and made it pretty easy on my end....well except for all of the customs paperwork I had to fill out

Thanks again Matt and I'll be more than happy to work with you and your friends in the future.
