Buddie's Pro Shop - Thanks Chris
« on: April 04, 2005, 12:57:25 AM »
I just wanted to take the time out to thank Chris from Buddie's. I purchased a Shock & Awe from buddie's and wanted to get it drilled locally, but didn't feel comfortable that my local driller knew what he was doing since he doesn't carry Morich products.

So I took the drive up to Buddie's from the central jersey area, and it was one of the best bowling decisions I've ever made. Had a great time hanging out with Chris & Tyler ( the security dog ) Got the S&A drilled, had chris review the layouts and fix some problems with my current equipment, and had the opportunity to listen and learn alot from Chris for just about 7 hours.

If you enjoy the great prices and service from the online site, you won't be disappointed if you ever get a chance to go there in person.

Thanks again,

Slicko

Ps - be mindful of the low monitors at Nutmeg..... Sorry bout that Chris!

Well Buddie's is in Connecticut. it was about a 2 1/2 hour ride in the rain, but worth every mile. Had the ultimate thumb mold made and now everything I order from Buddie's will arrive drilled and ready to go. And the price drilled will still beat any shop near me by at least 30 bucks!

It was fun meeting you and your brother. Long day but we had fun. The monitor was still rocking on Sunday morning.

As for the security dog, I'm not sure if he really does any good as you could see.

I ended up leaving about 10 pm and then had to go get Bill because someone took his bowling bag at the tourney.

Chris,

You should post those driving directions you gave me on your site. It cut my travel time almost in half.

Rolled the S & A last night, great ball! Didn't hit any monitors either

Thanks again!
