I have no choice but to add to the chorus of voices singing praises to Buddies Pro-shop. I ordered a Golden Nugget from Buddies, specs are 15 lbs. 2-3 Pin out and 3-3.5 oz. Top Weight. The ball was delivered after five business days which is okay since I am in the West Coast. The ball came with the correct specs except that the top weight is 2.6 ozs. even if I got the confirmation from them that the ball will be 3-3.5 oz. TW. I e-mailed Chris that night and next morning, Chris called me if I can keep the ball, I refused as I have researched and the original top weight is what I want. Chris told me he will talk to Lane 1 and after a few minutes he said Lane 1 agreed to send me the ball with the correct specs and not only that they will send it the next day with a return label so I can return the ball at no cost to me. I got the ball yesterday as promised and Buddies credited me with the original shipping cost. That is just wonderful service. This is why although I am in the West Coast and I have other options here I keep going back to Buddies. Why? Because I know that I can expect great service and follow-through from them and I have peace of mind that my needs will be met. As bowlers, we have choices but I narrowed down mine to a select few and Buddies is the first on the list. Thanks for reading.
