We had ordered a pair of Linds bowling shoes for my father in law for Christmas but they sent us a women’s pair of shoes. We called them Tuesday afternoon, and they said they would send us the correct pair that day and also send us a return packing slip so we didn't have to pay for the shipping. We got the correct pair of shoes in yesterday along with the packing slip.

We could not be happier with Buddies, they were easier to work with and they just made a lifetime customer.
