I placed my first order from these guy last week and I have to say that I received the BEST customer service I have ever had.
I was asking for a quit specific set of specs and asked that if they didn't have it in stock to contact me.
I received a phone call with-in an hour, and through talking with Tony we came to the aggreement that the desired specs may be difficult to find. Well the next day I get another call and after making many calls to distributors with no luck he called Roto Grip direct to get what I wanted.
Now that's what I call customer service!
Thanks again,
Tony "bamaster"

Hey thanks for the kind words! You should have received the ball today.
Honestly, it isn't that much effort. A few e-mails and a phone call or two. I know it's a risk buying from a new website. I'll have to work hard to win some new customers over. Feedback like this is appreciated!
Peace!

Hey Tony, do you *really* have Ultimate Inferno tree ornaments? If so, how big a tree will I have to have to hang it?

Haha! Nah, I made that in Photoshop. Came out pretty good, huh? Almost looks real! But yeah, I'd say you'd need a pretty big tree.

Just another guy to jump on the band wagon, Someone else who
doesn't have a stock and have everything drop shipped from a
vendor. I bet if you ordered a ball from them the box will be
labeled cal bowling.

How much you got in your wallet to bet?
Don't you have some BBE/drylanes spamming to do?

Actually Solid9 you can tell Tony you are sorry after you pull your foot out of your pie hole. Tony does/will have inventory, maybe not everything, but somethings he is gonna buy and ship himself. I know this because I have seen it, and will help him when I can with my shop. His DT/ABS 1951 shoes should be arriving any time (as soon as we pick them up!) LOL, and he is gonna blow them out for about $90 or so shipped!!! Don't know the details on that, but check out his site, anyone looking for some really good shoes, for dirt! While supplies last, your mileage may vary!!!
