Ordered a ball for my wife and requested specific specs and they could not match them perfectly did they just send the ball NO they called as I requested and asked if that would work instead, unfortunatly it would not so I had to cancel just yesterday I received a phone call out of the blue, who was it MG bowling they had a ball with same specs arrive at the warehouse and asked if I was interested. Well the answer was yes and I was floored that they called. That is service beyond expectation because I never requested this and was going to call and check in to see if something had come in.

Ordered another ball for myself requested specific specs and a call if they could not be met. You guessed it they called the pin spec was off by 1/4" and asked me if that would be O.K. my reply was "Yes please ship it and Thank You for calling" no other on line site has done this as per request,they do. In my book I will not order a ball from any other site but MG BOWLING. I would recomend them to anyone in the market who is looking to purchase a ball and wants specific specs upheld every time. All you have to do is ask.
