If this is not a resounding testimonial, you won't find one anywhere. A kudos from a fellow "competitor."

I have a custoemr who wanted a specific ball. Well, Buddies had it listed so I decided to orde rit from them as my regular suppliers don't have any.

So off to their website, placed the order, paid and was given an email about the item being ready to ship.

I then received a phone call from them today on my vcell phone informing me that the 3-4" pin I requested was not available but they had a 2-7/8" pin in stock and wanted to know if that would be OK.

Now that's customer service!!!!

Sure the ball cost me a few more $$$ than my suppliers had it listed for but I guaranteed delivery and now apparently they even guarantee the specs!!!

I'll order from Buddies again if I need any hard to find balls.
