anyone got their refund yet? I was told 1-3 business days on Monday, and still nothing.

wow, bowlers paradise must be a real bunch of a-holes. i almost bought a ball from them and based on what i've seen, i'm glad i didn't. i hope you guys get reimbursed. good luck!

good luck getting a refund they'll offer you a trade but they wouldn't offer a refund or try to compensate with free shipping or anything like that.
It took them three weeks to finally let me know that my ball was on back order and the other one (roto spare tire) was now out of stock do to it being discontinued but they still showed in stock on there website. After three weeks they sent me a email saying they would allow me to change my order. If the pba is backing these guys there in need of a better online company to sponsor

Finally reached someone, she said they released the funds back to my paypal acount on the 15th (3 days ago) and I still show nothing back in my paypal account.. She said her "mamger" would personally look into this and call me back.. I am not holdong my breath on this one..
I am not concerned about getting my refund, I will get it.. Its just taking forever.. They can't not give you a refund, thats against the law..
NOTE: They just called me back and said I wuld have the paypal refund today.. Will give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.. She said they where snowed under with orders and refunds after the 2 Morich balls sold so fast thier system could not keep up..

UPDATE: Friday monring and still NOTHING in my paypal account. I was told yesterday that this refund would be back in my paypal account yesterday and it still is not there..
I will be calling them again this morning and asking for a supervisor.. There is no excuse for them blowing people off like they are doing..
Oh well, live and learn..

I believe that's bait-and-switch. Advertising a product at some price, saying it's In Stock, then telling the customer that no, they're out, but maybe you'd be interested in some of our other fine merchandise. That's illegal.

there was no bait and switch for me... They said they didn't have the ball in stock and never ask or offered anything else..
Its only $25 bucks but still..

well, just called them again and a girl in customer service said they would get to it today but not right now because they are processing new orders and not doing credits. The credits will get done later this afternoon or in the morning.. Same story, different day..
I have been waiting a week for my refund and could actually care less about them processing more orders.. They need to take care of the people they owe money to first, don't you think that would be good business??
I will NEVER buy anything from this company ever again, don't care how cheap..

I live in nevada and they in Sacramento i am personally glad to have never used them and now reading about you guy's never will.

I'm glad I didn't jump on this "deal"
and I never heard that story about K&K, but from my experience with them I know that no one working there would ever do that to someone.
