I wonder what percent of BRs have ever ordered from Buddies?  Of that, I wonder what percent were repeat customers?  I'd bet my bowling arm that the percentages are HIGH.

Chris and Bill, I would highly doubt that any negative pub on this site in particular would carry much weight with the users.  You guys are what a lot of other places wish they could be.

I love the fact that you guys sweat it out over a single negative comment on this board!  I am still pretty new to this site, but I have never seen a negative comment that wasn't addressed or logically explained.  BTW I am in the repeat customer category; just received 3 Lane #1 balls all exactly as requested.  Thanks!

Oh yes.

One repeat customer here in London, U.K.  (4 balls and a bowling ball rack)

Fast and exact spec, oh and cheap too!

I've ordered from 3 or 4 different sites, buddies was the best experience everytime i've dealt with them.

I order new stuff primarily from buddies unless its out of stock, I dont like to wait

Twice ordering from buddies for me once through ebay and once straight through the site.  A lane#1 bullet at a terrific price and some ABS replacement soles for my dexter shoes(don't ask).

Not a repeat customer yet, but anytime I need something new I will be a repeat customer. They were AWESOME! I ordered 5 balls, and 3 2 ball totes from them, and they kept in contact with me and got me the specs I wanted.
