I used to be a devoted customer of Joe's until now. I have purchased 5 balls off of him in the past year. And although the service was a little slower than I liked, he always kept his word and I got what I asked for until now.
Earlier this year I bought a Mystic and about 2 months later it cracked at the bridge. I tell Joe, he says no problem. I send the ball back and he punches up a new one for me. (GREAT EXPERIENCE) But I'll be danged, the second one cracked at the bridge too. Now this seemed odd to me that I use 2 balls for less than 40 games and they both crack on me, mind you I have only had 1 other ball crack at the bridge in like 35 balls.
So I email Joe, no response. So I say ok, I know he is busy so I hit up ASB Lane and he said he will check into it...that was 3 weeks ago and no follow up.
All I ask is for some communication, if he didn't wamt to do a new ball...fine. But at least answer my e-mails! But what really irks me is that while I have yet to recieve any e-mails or PMs I still see ball raffles being conducted :/
I am avid fan of great communication and service and this last transaction I have not recieved either.
