I just wanted to say that all the posts I have read about Doug are true.  I had never talked with him yet he still agreed to take a ball of mine and use the hook again system on it.  He answered all my messages in a timely fashion (he probably answered them all that very day)and got the ball back to me as quick as possible.  Thanks again Doug.
