Question for the consumer

All, This is not a ploy top get people to my site, I have a question in regards to some software I installed and would like to hear some feedback
on the concept.

I installed some Live Support software and was wondering if it was worth it or
not. Basically it allows you to chat with a sales rep live if you have questions. So if you log onto the page and want to know if I have a ball in a certain weight you can chat live with a sales rep between certain hours.

So my question to you is "Is this software a benefit to the consumer and would
the average consumer use it?" if so I would like to try and have a sales rep online.
