A quick note of thanks to John and the team at Bowlingball.com. I recently tried ordering from them after 3 years absence due to problems. It was a small order, and (unfortunately) it was never received. To their credit, John made it right and reshipped my order via UPS to make sure Uncle Sam's Pony Express couldn't screw it up again. Product arrived yesterday in fine shape.

Bottom line... Anyone can make an order look good when everything works as it should. The good companies make it work when things go bad. Three years ago, that wasn't bowlingball.com... Now, they've proven that customer service matters. That's the way to earn business...
