Buddiesproshop.com covered me through every step of the equipment process, from helping me select a ball to delivering my ball in a very timely fashion.

I was having a hard time sifting through the dozens (hundreds?) of bowling balls available.  I called their toll-free number, and Chris helped me narrow my selection to three balls.  When I called back with another question, Bill assisted me.   Both were very helpful.

I placed my order on a Saturday afternoon and received my ball the following Wednesday afternoon via UPS ground.   The order was 100% correct.

Occasionally I feel badly for some of the independent local pro shops who have difficulty selling merchandise, due in part to the proliferation of online stores like Buddies.  That feeling quickly disappears when I realize that I get better customer service from a pro shop halfway across the country AND I save about $40 a ball, even after shipping.  

I don't order a huge amount of bowling merchandise, but I will always order from Buddies.
