newguy,
2.47Rg?  still staying down in the lower range?   .020 is all for the Int. DIff...why not .035 or something higher than .020??

Really though, what is this new monster of a core design that makes the vendetta look like a sissy?

mid diff at .020 is high the diff from the x and y axis is the one that causes the flare, it is .056. .060 is the legal limit.

.020 is pretty high for an assym type of ball. Depending on drilling, this ball should be a beast on medium-oily. Probably get it down to 500 to handle oil, take it up to 4000 for medium fresh. Sounds like a real winner.

We are tageting versitility. I am throwing mine with 4000 aberlon and  high polish. Works well on mediums. I threw it with 2000 and no polish and it goes early. I used a really exotic drilling (over the label) with the spin spot just under my thumb. My version of a trick drilling.
I'm assuming 1000 or less with go even sooner. 500 no polish just ate up the oil,so anywhere from 500 to 4000 had a place in the arsenal.
We are using very durable resin (hint) and a very versitle formula.

A ball that needs 4000-grit abralon plus polish to work on medium oil might be a pinch strong for me.

When will I be throwing mine?  I haven't received it yet.  Do I need to send my address again?  I'm pretty sure you said you were going to send me one to test......I'll have to see if I can find that message!

newguy, I have 8 guys, counting myself, that are ready to buy your new masterpiece. But they want a few new balls for the upcoming fall season, so I hope you're releasing at least one ball in July, they like to throw the ball for a while before the season begins.

freak they should be shipping for sure in July.  I don't think there will be any problems.  It is just a matter of getting through Bowl Expo right now I believe.

July it is. And a mid performance ball in Sept. That will be the start of the arsenal. Both will be displayed at Bowl Expo.

Phil I can only respond one way - - Yes!! Thank you!!

I don't have to get a ball with the most extreme every-thing.  I want a ball that works.  I think that you discovered something with the Threshold and now with the Heist - you know how to make a ball that will work for a wide range of bowlers.  I want to be able to build an arsenal that I can be confident in, regardless of the condition, without having to buy several different balls for the same condition in an effort to find the one that will work for my game.

Thank you for staying in the game.
