Note:
The Break is an asymmetrical ball -- meaning the MB placement, not the CG, will be more important to you in regards to drilling.
Secondly, "medium track" and a brief description of the layout in relation to finger holes is of little use to us. I would suggest taking the ball to your pro shop, having your driller mark your PAP, and then measure the pin-PAP and MB-PAP distances. That way, we might be able to help you better.
Third, and this is in reference to your question of "will it roll out," what do you want the ball to do? I'm guessing you want a strong motion in the back part of the lane, on heavy medium - heavy oil, with a good amount of continuation...I would suggest, depending on your rev rate, a 4.5-5 Pin-PAP distance, with the MB in a strong position. After that, you can adjust the surface to suit your game and needs.
Hope this helps, and enjoy your new ball!
